- Osprey Marine Ltd reserve the right to alter terms and conditions from time to time.
- All services, products and prices displayed on this site are subject to change at any time without notice.
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
- Any and all contracts formed will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. The buyer and the seller irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- The buyer in placing his or her order with the seller is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- The seller has the right not to accept an order for any reason.
- Although the seller will use all reasonable efforts to meet any delivery dates quoted, such dates are not of essence of the contract and the seller shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage, incidental or consequential, if delivery of the goods is delayed.
- Until the buyer has paid the seller the full purchase price of the goods under this contract, the ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer.
- The seller shall not be liable for any change in appearance, durability, and performance or for any defect or damage caused to the goods by any treatment or process, whether mechanical or chemical, subsequent to purchase from the seller.
- The Aggregate liability of the seller howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for such goods by the buyer, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
